City summer fun

There’s nothing better than taking a stroll through Toronto on a lovely spring evening. And it’s even more enjoyable if that stroll coincides with the Spring into Parkdale Sidewalk Festival! Taking place on May 11 from 11am - 9pm along Queen Street West, it’ll feature entertainment, four markets, a chance to explore the local shops.

For the rugby fans

Whether you’re a keen rugby fan or just want to have a good time, you’ll want to check out the Americas Rugby League Nines Championship. Taking place at Lamport Stadium on May 18, it’ll pit the nations of the Americas against one another on the rugby field. It’s the first ever one -- who’ll take home the trophy?

Photography exhibition

Interested in the arts? Then don’t miss the 2019 Scotiabank CONTACT Photography Festival, which is the world’s largest annual photography exhibition. It will be hosted at various venues across the city from May 1 through to May 31.
