- Check-In time is anytime after 2PM (Early check-in requests can be accommodated when available)
- Check-Out time is 11:00 AM (Late check-out requests will be accommodated when possible)
- This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as a paying adult when using existing bedding.
- Please advise exact number of adults & children when making your reservations

Deposit Information |

- A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
- You may pay by credit card, bank card, cash, travelers cheques, or Best Western Travel card. If paying with Best Western travel Card, you must present it to Front Desk Staff at time of check in.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport will pre-authorize the credit card the day of arrival (except for specially discounted prepaid reservations).
- If we are unable to secure pre-authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policies |

- Cancellation policy is before 4:00pm the day of arrival unless specified otherwise on your confirmation (some prepaid or special group rates).
- Please retain the cancellation number you will be given for your own records. No adjustments will be made without a cancellation number.

If booking through a Third Party (online) Website you may use our Long Term Parking (if space permits) but a fee of $50 plus tax will be charged at the hotel for each week (or part of).
