There are some EXCELLENT shows in Toronto this November! Here are two to watch in the coming months!

BAT OUT OF HELL: THE MUSICAL

Have you ever thought “I’d like to go the theatre, but it’s so BORING.” Well get ready for a night out, because Jim Steinman’s Bat Out of Hell: The Musical is coming to Toronto! Jim Steinman is the songwriter who wrote most of Meatloaf’s hits, as well as other classics like Bonnie Tyler’s Total Eclipse of The Heart. In this stage adaptation of the classic album, he tells the tale of bike gang leader Strat who falls in love with Raven, the daughter of the most powerful man in a post-apocalyptic Manhattan. Combining incredible stage effects, drama, comedy, and some of the most powerful rock songs of all time, including “Paradise By The Dashboard Light” and “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That),” this is one show you won’t want to miss. Check it out at the Ed Mirvish Theatre, with dates through to December 24! Details here.

THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME

Based on the award winning novel by Mark Haddon, this Tony award winning adapts this fascinating tale to the stage! Following the character of Christopher Boone, a young man with autism who is wrongfully accused of killing his neighbour’s dog because he is different, this quirkily humorous story is both funny and dark, providing a compelling look into different neurological conditions while telling a compelling tale! It’s playing at the Princess of Wales Theatre until November 19. Check here for tickets and further details!

There’s always something fun to do in Toronto – but whether it’s business or pleasure that bring you here, the Best Western Plus Travel Hotel Toronto Airport will make sure you have a great stay. Plan your trip here!
