With so many amazing craft beers flooding the market these days, there has never been a better time to be a beer lover—especially if you’re visiting Toronto this July when 4 different beer festivals are taking place.
Brewer’s Backyard: Canada Day | July 1
What better way to spend our most patriotic national holiday than with a tall, frost pint of our most beloved national beverage? Taking place at the Koerner Gardens and Hocim Gallery areas of the Evergreen Brick Works, this lively event has free admission and all-ages are welcome. There will be some amazing beers on tap from seven different top-notch local breweries, along with tasty treats from Sugar Pie Honey Bunch.
Summer Craft Beer Festival | July 10
This vibrant street fair is a two-birds-one-stone affair, allowing you to shop the unique boutiques of the Liberty Market while you sample the products of a wide variety of local breweries including Highlander Beer Co., Muskoka Brewery and, not surprisingly, the Liberty Village Brewing Company.
Toronto Festival of Beer | July 25 – 27
Showcasing the beers of more than 300 different breweries, the Toronto Festival of Beer is the largest summer beer festival in Ontario. Every kind of brew imaginable will be on tap for you to try, everything from porter to pilsner, stout to saison. You’ll even find such oddities as gluten-free beer! Now in its 20th year, the TFoB is a must for any beer loving visitor to TO.

Hart House Craft Beer Festival | July 31
A true connoisseur’s beer festival, the Hart House Fest focuses on the art of brewing and the joy of tasting. In addition to the many tasting opportunities, there will be beer seminars, brewing workshops and networking opportunities.
If you’re visiting Toronto for a beer festival this July, the BEST WESTERN PLUS Travel Hotel Toronto Airport would be delighted to provide you and your group with affordable, modern accommodations.
